 Dear students these are the common applications which you may need everyday.

1- Fee concession

Sir/Madam

I beg to say that my father is a poor man. His monthly income is not sufficient. we are total six members including grandfather, grand mother, father, mother me, my younger brother and sister. My father is the only member who is looking after the whole family. My younger bother is studying in 7th B and sister is in 6th B in our school also. So he is not in the position to pay our fee. 
We are very hard working and don't want to leave our studies. SO we request you to grant us a full fee concession.

Kindly allow us fee concession. we shall be obliged  and thankful to you.

2.  CL For Teacher and other officials.

 With due respect, it is stated that i have an important family affair to attend at Pauri Garhwal (home town) due to which i won't be able to come to the school for the next four days from 12 April to 15 April,2022.

I request you to grant me CL for four days and give me a chance of greatfulness.
