Exam a Festival. (Pariksha ek utsav) 21 March, 2022

 Board Exam Stress: 

The stress and pressure of 10th and 12th board examinees in Uttarakhand will be overcome through the 'Exam - a festival' program, 'Exam - a festival' program will be held in all schools in the state on March 21, SCERT  Gave instructions.


  In Uttarakhand, preparations are on to conduct the examination as a festival to keep the class X and XII board examinees away from the stress and anxiety of the examination.  In this direction, the State Council of Educational Research and Training has given instructions to organize 'Pariksha Ek Utsav' program across the state on March 21.  On this day many activities will be organized in the schools to remove the exam pressure and stress among the board examinees.


  The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) Uttarakhand has directed all the District Education and Training Institute (DIET) of the state to conduct 'Pariksha Ek Utsav' program exam a celebration to remove the stress related to board exams.  Director Academic Research and Training Uttarakhand RK Kunwar has said that due to Kovid-19, the study work of the students has been disrupted, due to which it is natural for them to be stressed and worried about the examination.  It is the aim of all of us to keep the examinees free from stress on the day of examination.  He has said that board exams need to be celebrated as a festival with gaiety.  In order for the candidates to accept the board examination in a positive way, 'Pariksha Ek Utsav' program will be organized in all the schools of the state on March 21, 2022 keeping in mind the social distancing before the board examination.  For this, the principals of all the district education and training institutions of the state have been directed.


  In the 'Pariksha Ek Utsav' program to be organized on 21st March, various activities including meditation/mindfulness activities, muscle relaxation techniques, slogan writing, poster making, discussion and discussion will be organized for the children appearing in the board exams, so that  To create a positive and constructive atmosphere among the students regarding the examination.  The Principal of the concerned District Education Training Institute will be the nodal officer for monitoring the said program and he will constitute a team at the district level to monitor the program from his level.  The report of the program completed by the school will be compiled at the district level through the Block Education Officer on the prescribed format and sent to SCERT at the prescribed time by e-mail.  Principals of all secondary schools have been directed to conduct this program seriously.  Instructions have also been given to send photographs of two excellent slogans and posters made by the school and other activities on the prescribed format to the District Institute of Education and Training.
